Evergreen Hospital Medical Center in Kirkland is offering a 12-week class, “Lifestyle Balance,” to reduce the risk of developing diabetes. Cycle the WAVE (Women Against Violence Everywhere) is an all-women’s cycling experience that will take place on Sunday, Sept. 19 for the benefit of Eastside Domestic Violence Prevention (EDVP).
