King County’s Marymoor Park in Redmond, winner of best venue in the Reporter’s 2009 Best of Redmond contest, is preparing to host its seventh annual summer concert series.
This summer’s lineup includes:
• Saturday, June 19: Slightly Stoopid with Steel Pulse and The Expendables
• Thursday, July 15: Barenaked Ladies
• Saturday, July 24: 1964 – Best Beatles Tribute in the World
• Saturday, Aug. 7: Michael Franti and Spearhead
• Friday, Aug. 13: Rodrigo Y Gabriella with Xavier Rudd
• Saturday, Aug. 14: Mountain Music Fest
• Saturday, Aug. 21: No Depression Festival
• Thursday, Aug. 26: The Doobie Brothers
• Saturday, Sept. 11: The National with Okkervil River
• Sunday, Sept. 19: Train
Tickets are available online at http://www.concertsatmarymoor.com/ and from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Marymoor Park business office, 6046 W. Lake Sammamish Parkway in Redmond.

Located on the great lawn next to the historic Clise Mansion, Marymoor’s state-of-the-art venue offers outstanding staging, production and acoustics in an intimate park setting. The picturesque venue has space for 1,000 reserved seats and 4,000 general admission lawn tickets, many of them elevated on an earthen berm.
