Wednesday, Sept. 15
DUI: A 57-year-old Bellevue man was arrested for investigation of DUI near the corner of Old Redmond Road and 140th Avenue Northeast at around 3 a.m.
DUI: A 21-year-old Woodniville man was arrested for investigation of DUI near the corner of Novelty Hill Road and Avondale Road at around 1 a.m.
Animal problem: Redmond police investigated an animal problem on Northeast 75th Street where a dog bit a female.
Open invitation: Police responded to a report of items stolen from an open garage in the 16100 block of Northeast 105th Court.
Tuesday, Sept. 14
Attempted theft: Someone attempted to steal a vehicle from a resident’s driveway in the 17200 block of Northeast 116th Street.
Assault: Redmond police investigated an assault that occurred at the Edge Skate Park at around 8 p.m. in the 8400 block of 161st Avenue. The assault started after two people argued over the proper usage of the park.
De-pantsed: A suspect stole a pair of pants from a store in the 2000 block of 148th Avenue Northeast.
Vandalism: A vehicle was keyed and a window was smashed in the 2700 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast.
Theft: Someone smashed out a window of a vehicle parked in the 7900 block of 178th Place Northeast and stole a purse.
Where’s your helmet?: Redmond police stopped a 20-year-old man on a bike for not having his required helmet and lights at around 3:30 a.m. He was subsequently arrested for investigation of drug possession.
Monday, Sept. 13
Assault: Redmond police arrested a juvenile for assault and malicious mischief at around 9 p.m. in the 18400 block of Northeast 98th Way.
Car prowl: Redmond police responded to a report of a vehicle prowl in the 17300 block of Northeast 85th Place.
Sunday, Sept. 12
Burglary attempt: Redmond police responded to a suspicious circumstances complaint in the 2600 block of 186th Avenue Northeast. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that two women attempted to break into the residence. The suspects were not located.
DUI: Redmond police arrested a 45-year-old Redmond man for investigation of DUI after a traffic stop in the 5800 block of 156th Avenue Northeast at around 3:45 a.m.
Burglary: Redmond police investigated a report of a burglary at an apartment complex in the 4800 block of 156th Avenue Northeast at around 2 a.m.
Saturday, Sept. 11
Burglary: A woman who lives in the 9500 block of 169th Avenue Northeast reported that cash and her iPod were stolen from her unlocked vehicle sometime during the night. She also believes that the theft happened while her vehicle was parked in her garage.
Friday, Sept. 10
Burglary: Redmond police investigated a report of a burglary at an apartment complex in the 4800 block of 156th Avenue Northeast at around 2 p.m.
Theft: Redmond police arrested a 54-year-old Seattle woman for attempting to steal $650 worth of merchandise from the Target in the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street.
Strong arm robbery: Redmond police responded to a report of an armed robbery at an apartment complex in the 9300 block of Avondale Road. A description of the suspect was given and he has not been located.
Tireless: A woman who lives in the 3200 block of 173rd Avenue Northeast reported that four wheels were stolen off her vehicle sometime during the night.
Thursday, Sept. 9
Mail theft: A check was stolen from a mail box in the 18200 block of Northeast 28th Street.
Car prowl: A window of a vehicle was smashed and an iPod and purse was stolen from the vehicle, which was parked in the 16200 block of Northeast 95th Circle.
