The police blotter feature is both a description of a small selection of police incidents and a statistical roundup of all calls to the Redmond Police Department that are dispatched to on-duty police officers. The Redmond Reporter Police Blotter is not intended to be representative of all police calls originating in Redmond, which gets more than 500 calls (emergency and non-emergency) per week.
Tuesday, Dec. 18
Warrant: Redmond police conducted a traffic stop at 4:16 a.m. in the 8500 block of Avondale Road on Education Hill. A non-seatbelted passenger was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
Monday, Dec. 17
Vehicle prowls: Redmond police investigated three vehicle prowls. The first was at 8:17 p.m. in downtown. The second two came from Overlake. There is no suspect information.
Burglaries: Redmond police responded to four burglary reports between 10:33 a.m. and 5:03 p.m. Two were from downtown, one from Education Hill and one was from Grass Lawn.
Malicious mischief: Redmond police responded to a report malicious mischief at 8:44 a.m. from a residence in the 11200 block of 178th Place Northeast. An arrow was shot through a window. All leads are being investigated.
