The Overlake School boys’ basketball team fizzled in the fourth quarter as Cedar Park Christian rallied to beat the Owls, 50-45, in a 1A Emerald City League game Tuesday night.

The Owls led 42-40 going into the fourth quarter, but were held to just three points in the final period as the Eagles pulled out the win.

Owls’ Cameron Lui led all scorers with 17, followed by Dean Poplawski with 15.

The loss dropped Overlake to 2-8 in league play and 5-13 overall.

The struggling Overlake girls fell to the Eagles 56-19 earlier in the evening, with Mariel Frank leading the Owls with 10 points. The Owls are now 1-11 in league, 2-15 overall.
