Man causes disturbance at Redmond business

On Feb. 18, Redmond police responded to the 2400 block of 148th Avenue Northeast at approximately 1 p.m. for a disturbance call. It was reported that a male was inside the business yelling and crying, and had passed the business worker a note threatening to kill and demanding money. The business’ manager escorted the man out and contacted police.

Police then made contact with the 48-year-old suspect in the 2500 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast. The suspect had an outstanding warrant for his arrest from the Issaquah Police Department and he was placed under arrest.
