Registration is now open for the 2011 Resolution 3-mile run and Fitness Challenge, which will be held Sunday, Jan. 2 at the Redmond Athletic Club (RAC).

Participants will begin at 9 a.m. with a warm-up and challenge activities at the RAC, located at 8709 161st Ave. NE, and run a total of two 1.5-mile loops along the Sammamish River Trail during the event.

Each participant will receive a long-sleeve shirt and raffle ticket, and snacks will be provided. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged.

Registration is $30 through Dec. 24 and $35 after Christmas, limited to the first 50 participants. Registration is open in person at the RAC or online at www.active.com. All proceeds benefit Redmond-based Hopelink.
