Redmond Historical Society is documenting COVID-19’s impact on community

Submissions will be included in the organization’s archives.

In an effort to document the effects of the novel coronavirus pandemic, the Redmond Historical Society is seeking newspaper articles, photographs, temporary closure signs and other items related to COVID-19’s impact on Redmond.

The society is also collecting personal histories from Redmond residents and community members. To submit a personal statement or to record observations, interested residents are encouraged to visit RedmondHistoricalSociety.org and click on the “Share My Story” button.

These submissions will be included in the story’s archives and will provide a firsthand account for future historians.

Contact the Redmond Historical Society at manager@RedmondHistoricalSociety.org or 425-885-2919 for more information on how to make a digital donation or to let the organization know about a physical artifact for consideration.
