Without volunteers, Redmond community events could not happen. Community events such as Derby Days rely on the talents of hundreds of volunteers of all ages.

The City of Redmond needs volunteers for Derby Days, Friday, July 9 and Saturday, July 10. Come help with kids activities, event support, set-up or tear-down following the fireworks finale.

This is a great way to help the community, enjoy the sunshine, meet new friends, and score a fun, free T-shirt.

Studies show volunteering is associated with many health benefits. It increases self-esteem, lowers blood pressure, reduces stress on the body and even bolsters the immune system.
