Stolen backpack: At 8:30 p.m. in the 7300 block of 164th Avenue Northeast, officers were called after a backpack was stolen from a local movie theater. There is no suspect information.

Aug. 6

Car prowl: At 1:31 p.m. in the 7600 block of 159th Place Northeast, an unknown suspect stole a generator out from a pick-up truck bed.

Aug. 7

Theft: At 1 p.m. in the 8300 block of 166th Avenue Northeast, an unsecured bike was stolen.

Aug. 8

Shed break-in: At 3:39 p.m. in the 6500 block of 156th Place Northeast, police responded to investigate a break-in. A storage shed was vandalized, but no items were stolen. Fingerprint evidence was collected for analysis.

Just the tire: At 6:13 p.m. in the 6500 block of 176th Avenue Northeast, the rear tire of a resident’s bike was stolen.The rest of it remained.

Aug. 10

That’s my car: At 10:25 a.m. in the 13400 block of Northeast 115th Court, a resident called police after they saw their car being stolen. An investigation that followed led to the identification of the suspect. The car was found later in the day.
