Aerotek and TEKsystems held its Wounded Warrior and Team Gleason Golf Tournament Sept. 28 at Willows Run Golf Complex in Redmond.
They raised $20,000, including $10,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project and $10,000 for Team Gleason.
A representative from the Wounded Warrior Project was the guest speaker and more than 100 people played in the tournament from the following clients: McKinstry, Microsoft, Schuchart Construction, T-Mobile, Genie Industries, Flow International, Precor, Powell Construction, Nordstrom, Delphinus and Tecta Tech.
The Wounded Warrior Project changes the lives of more than 500,000 injured veterans, caregivers and family members.
Former New Orleans Saints standout Steve Gleason, who suffers from the debilitating effects of ALS, and his charitable organization teams up with the Wounded Warrior Project.
