Lake Washington School District (LWSD) will hold a surplus material and equipment sale from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the district’s warehouse annex at 15130 N.E. 95th St. in Redmond.
This event is open to the public.
Materials and equipment included in the sale are damaged, dated and in some cases are unusable or cannot be supported by district staff. A large portion of the surplus items include district furniture and equipment no longer used because of ongoing modernizations.
The school board declared this property as surplus at their April 1 meeting. The district is offering it for sale to the public. The following are some of the items in the sale: Audio/Visual equipment (VCRs, stereos), furniture (tables, desks, chairs), camcorders, computers and miscellaneous computer equipment, file cabinets, food-service items, library books, microwaves, PE equipment, piano (upright, Kohler & Campbell), printers, refrigerators, shop equipment, televisions/monitors and a glass trophy case.
