Redmond’s boys and girls swept the 3A KingCo track and field championships on May 10 and 12 at Skyline High.
The Mustang boys topped the field with 110 points and the girls amassed a leading 145.
For the boys, George Cretu won the 1,600- and 3,200-meter runs in 4:22.55 and 9:32.05, respectively; Ben Maier won the discus in 124-10.
On the girls’ side, Tessa Fujisaki won the 100-meter run (12.70), 200-meter run (26.17) and 400-meter run (57.83); Fujisaki, Evie Shambaugh, Caitlyn Axe and Emma Bury won the 4×400-meter relay in 4:09.15; and Lauren Winner won the high jump in 4-10.00.
