The Bella Bottega shopping center in Redmond is now home to a new Potbelly Sandwich Works store, set to open next week.

The sandwich shop, located at 8867 161st Ave. N.E., will have an “Oven Warming Party” on Monday and its first full day of operations will be Tuesday.

On Monday, the first 200 customers to visit Potbelly between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. will receive a sandwich, bag of chips and fountain drink in exchange for a $5 donation to the Redmond High School Band Boosters.

The new Potbelly restaurant is the fourth in Washington with several more scheduled to open in the greater Puget Sound area and Oregon.

The Redmond Potbelly will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
