Burglary: Redmond police took a residential-burglary report at 8:24 p.m. in the 17000 block of Northeast 100th Street. A kitchen window was pried open, and cameras and jewelry were taken.
Shoplifting: Redmond police took a shoplifting report at 6:25 p.m. in the 17600 block of Northeast 76th Street.
Theft: Redmond police took a theft report at 3:14 p.m. in the 17500 block of Northeast 70th Street. A generator, which was stored outside, was stolen from a storage business.
You’ve got no mail: A resident visited the Redmond Police Department at 11:46 a.m. and reported a mail theft at their residence in the 13400 block of Northeast 84th Street.
Monday, Oct. 12
Assault: Redmond police took an assault report at 8:53 p.m. in the 16200 block of Northeast 87th Street. A male guest punched another person in the face and then fled. There were no weapons involved.
Burglary: Redmond police took a non-residential-burglary report at 7:13 p.m. in the 15700 block of Redmond Way. The business owner reported an employee theft after the restaurant was closed.
Friday, Oct. 9
Attempted burglary: Redmond police took a report for attempted residential burglary at 9:41 a.m. in the 7100 block of 153rd Avenue Northeast. Unknown suspect(s) punched through the front entry glass and unlocked the front door of a residence. The alarm may have deterred the suspect(s) from stealing any property.
Malicious mischief: Redmond police took a malicious-mischief report at 12:24 p.m. in the 16300 block of Northeast 81st Street. The incident occurred the week prior to the report, in which a door was damaged.
Thursday, Oct. 8
Trespassing: Redmond police took a report of an individual trespassing inside a store at 3:59 p.m. in the 17200 block of Redmond Way.
Graffiti: Redmond police took a report for graffiti written on an office building at 8:16 a.m. in the 16700 block of Cleveland Street.
Wednesday, Oct. 7
Counterfeiting: Redmond police took a counterfeiting report at 7:47 p.m. in the 17900 block of Redmond Way. A counterfeit $20 bill was used at a business.
Assault: Redmond police took an assault report at 1:51 a.m. in the 7200 block of 170th Avenue Northeast. A father and son got into a physical altercation and argument.
