Patricia Noel Eufemio
Patricia Noel Eufemio passed away November 19, 2011, in Redmond, WA.She was born December 19, 1937 in New Rochelle, NY to Francis and Mary Farrell. Pat married John Eufemio in St. Louis, MO in 1956. They adopted ten children during their marriage. Pat moved to Redmond in 1988, raising granddaughter Catherine.As the mother of many children she opened her heart to all of their friends. Many young people spent hours, even days, at her house and came to call Pat “Mom”. That tradition continued in her later years, in Redmond, where many called her “Grandma”. She enjoyed collecting china dolls, making doll houses, knitting and needle work.Pat was preceded in death by her parents, four siblings, former husband Dr. John Eufemio and infant children Patricia and Michael. She is survived by siblings Jim Farrell (Susan) of Anchorage and Beverly Spiva of Redmond, children Peter Eufemio, Mary Woodman (Tom) and Thomas Eufemio (Paola) of Redmond, Jim Eufemio (Libby) and Kim Eufemio (Mary) of Kodiak, Jennifer Valentine (Chris) of Billings, MT, Susan Tipton (Tim) of Grants Pass, OR, Amber Eufemio of Las Vegas, NV, and Catherine Eufemio of Sterling, VA, as well as fifteen grandchildren including Patty Woodman Pickering (Ryan), Meghan, Laurie and Katie Woodman, Kelly Schmeil, Alicia and Steven Valentine, Ashley Eufemio, and two great-grandchildren, Maya and Reed Pickering of Redmond.Pat will be remembered as loving and caring by all those who were lucky enough to share in her life. A memorial service will be held December 17, 11:00am at St Jude’s, Redmond.
