William A. St. Louis
William A. St. Louis, 87, passed away on May 6, 2010 at home in Spokane. William was born February 25, 1923 in Neenah, Wisconsin to Lyle and Minnette (Ecklund) St. Louis.He served in WWII in the Pacific Theater. He was a Teamster truck driver for 38 years in Seattle, and an avid skier and a member of the Ancient Skiers. He loved spending time with his family and friends at the family cabin at Priest Lake, Idaho. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sara; his son, Brian (Glenda) of Seattle, his daughter, Lynn (Chuck Egolf) of Spokane; two children from a prior marriage, Robert and Jeannie; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; sister, Virginia Saint Louis; and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, mother, and his brothers, Robert and Donald. Special thanks to all of those who provided compassionate care to William in his last years.
