Redmond police officers and a K-9 searched for but didn’t locate a male suspect in a robbery at 10 a.m. this morning at the US Bank at the Overlake Safeway.

According to the department’s Twitter at 11:06 a.m., there were “no weapons implied, no injuries. Police activity in the area.”

According to police, the suspect is a white male with a scruffy beard, in his 30s, slender, 6-feet tall and wearing a black hat, blue polo shirt and grey jacket.

Police are consulting with FBI partners and will provide further details when they are available.

The Safeway is located at 15000 N.E. 24th St.
