The SecondStory Repertory’s 2012 teen summer workshop production, “Sweeney Todd School Edition” will be show Thursday through Sunday.

The show will be shown Thursday through Saturday at 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. at SecondStory, 16587 N.E. 74th St. in Redmond Town Center.

“Sweeney Todd” features music written by Stephen Sondheim and is based on the book by Hugh Wheeler. The show tells the story of an unjustly exiled barber who returns to 19th century London seeking revenge against the judge who framed him and ravaged his young wife. His thirst for blood expands to include his customers and the proprietress of the pie shop downstairs soon has the people of London lining up in droves with her mysterious new meat pie recipe.
