Tuesday, Dec. 29 Assault: A man was arrested for assaulting his wife in the 16100 block of Northeast 90th Way. Minors with marijuana: Redmond Police investigated the possession of marijuana by five juveniles during a traffic stop in the 11600 block of Red-Wood Road. The vehicle was impounded while awaiting a search warrant.

Tuesday, Dec. 29

Assault: A man was arrested for assaulting his wife in the 16100 block of Northeast 90th Way.

Minors with marijuana: Redmond Police investigated the possession of marijuana by five juveniles during a traffic stop in the 11600 block of Red-Wood Road. The vehicle was impounded while awaiting a search warrant.

Three prowlers caught: Redmond Police investigated a motor vehicle prowl in the 10500 block of 181st Avenue Northeast and took three males into custody.

Monday, Dec. 28

Thefts: Redmond Police responded to a theft complaint in the 8800 block of 161st Avenue Northeast, where a pair of Tiffany & Co. eyeglasses was taken from a store. Redmond Police also responded to a shop lift report in the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street, where a suspect attempted to steal a PS3 gaming system. The property was recovered and the suspect was arrested and will be charged through investigation with Theft 3rd Degree. In yet another incident, a known suspect attempted to steal consumable goods from a grocery store in the 17200 block of Redmond Way. That suspect will also be charged with theft through investigation.

Sunday, Dec. 27

Threats: Redmond Police responded to a threats in progress call in the 17300 block of Northeast 45th Street. A male was arrested for malicious mischief.

Car prowl: Redmond Police responded to a vehicle prowl report at a business in the 7900 block of 178th Place Northeast.

Saturday, Dec. 26

The Grinch strikes after Christmas: An iPod and two Christmas presents were stolen from a vehicle in the 17600 block of Union Hill Road.

Car prowl: A GPS was stolen from a vehicle in the 6200 block of 188th Lane Northeast.

More car prowls: There were three different car prowl reports at an apartment complex in the 18600 block of Northeast 63rd Way.

Car theft: A vehicle was stolen in the 18300 block of Northeast 28th Street and later recovered at a nearby location.

Friday, Dec. 25

Car theft: Someone stole a vehicle while it was unattended in front of a residence in the 6200 block of East Lake Sammamish Parkway.

Marijuana possession: A male was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of East Lake Sammamish Parkway.

Thursday, Dec. 24

Harassment: Redmond Police responded to a report of harassment in the 18600 block of Redmond Way. The victim was advised on the procedure to acquire a protection order.

Burglary: Redmond Police investigated a burglary at a restaurant in the 7500 block of 179th Avenue Northeast.

Wednesday, Dec. 23

DUI: An woman called police, saying she drove her vehicle on the railroad tracks at Northeast 76th Street and 164th Avenue Northeast and was stuck. Police responded, called a tow truck and arrested her for DUI. She was booked and released.

Theft: A video surveillance camera caught an unknown suspect who entered a back room of a business in the 15800 block of Redmond Way and stole a wallet from an employee’s purse.

Shoplifting: A Bellevue resident was arrested for shoplifting at a department store in the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street.

Tuesday, Dec. 22

Windows shot out: An unknown suspect shot out the windows of a vehicle parked in the 12100 block of 178th Place Northeast with an apparent air gun. Minutes earlier, there was another report of someone who drove by a home in the 12000 block of 178th Place Northeast and fired an air gun at the front door.

Harassment: A mother received an anti-Islamic flyer on her car at her children’s school in the 16600 block of Northeast 80th Street. She was concerned for her children’s safety.

Theft: An unknown suspect stole a company laptop from an unlocked vehicle in the 15500 block of Northeast 61st Circle.
