DigiPen Day slated for Aug. 25

On Aug. 25, DigiPen Institute of Technology at 9931 Willows Rd. N.E. in Redmond will celebrate the two-year anniversary of the ribbon-cutting ceremony of its current facilities with DigiPen Day from noon to 3 p.m.

On Aug. 25, DigiPen Institute of Technology at 9931 Willows Rd. N.E. in Redmond will celebrate the two-year anniversary of the ribbon-cutting ceremony of its current facilities with DigiPen Day from noon to 3 p.m.

This year, the school will open their doors to the public and invites the community to play, create, and explore the worlds of gaming and art with them.

The event will include:

  • Video games created by students
  • Life drawing sessions
  • Green-screen photobooth
  • Wii tournaments
  • BINGO
  • Face painting
  • Free food from the Bits & Bytes Café
  • Prizes
