The City of Redmond Innovative Housing Review Panel will meet in the Council Chambers of Redmond City Hall, 15670 NE 85th St. at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18.
The subject of the meeting will be review of a proposal for an innovative housing demonstration project, proposed for a property located west of Idylwood Park at 17259 NE 36th St. The proposed project consists of seven detached homes, along with two accessory dwelling units over garages.
Parking for 18 cars is provided on-site, including 10 in garages and eight as surface stalls.
Requested action is for the Innovative Housing Review Panel to decide whether to authorize the project applicant to apply to the City of Redmond for development permits.
